The Go Ye Prayers Are Dangerous

Directions: Read the Scripture aloud, and then personalize it into your own Go Ye Prayer. But watch out--God loves to answer the Go Ye Prayers! He may even send you around the world!

1. John 20:21 NKJV: So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you".
Just as the Father has sent You Jesus, so now You are sending me.

2. Acts 1:8 KJV: But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Thank You that I have received power, for the Holy Ghost has come upon me. I am a witness to my own region, to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

3. Mark 16:20 KJV: And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
You said "Go ye" so I'm going out and preaching everywhere and You, Lord, are with me, confirming the Word with signs following. Yes!

4. John 15:16 KJV: Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
You have chosen and ordained me, Jesus, so that I go out and bring forth fruit.

5. 2 Cor. 5:20 NKJV: Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.
Since I am Christ's ambassador,O God, You are making Your appeal through me. I am begging people for Your sake to lay hold of this divine favor and be reconciled to God.

6. Mark 1:17 KJV: And Jesus said unto them, come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.
Because I follow after You, Jesus, You have made me a fisher of men.

7. Ephesians 6:19-20 NKJV: And for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Jesus, You have given me utterance and I open my mouth boldly and make known the mystery of the gospel and I speak boldly as I ought.

8. Psalm 40:9 The Book: I have told everyone the good news that you forgive people's sins. I have not been timid about it as You know, O Lord. I have not kept this good news hidden in my heart, but have proclaimed Your loving kindness and truth to all the congregation.
Lord, I tell everyone the good news that You forgive people's sins. I have not been too shy to do this. I do not keep this good news hidden in my heart, but proclaim everywhere Your loving kindness and truth.
